About Me

My name is Tanja, and I was born in Denmark but spent most of my childhood living in Germany. I have always loved to draw which eventually lead me to move to Denmark so I could attend the Animation Workshop in Viborg.

Although drawing is my main passion, I also love traveling. I have been doing so for as long as I can remember and It has influenced many parts of my life greatly, such as cooking various foods, and learning different languages. Danish and German are my native languages, then of course I speak English and some Spanish. Also I have been trying to teach myself Japanese for years; I can read and write hiragana and I know a few kanji, but since I don't have anyone to practice with, it is hard. Hopefully one day I can go back to Japan and become a traditional background artist and eat sweetpotato icecream all day long. If that doesn't happen though I might just open my own restaurant/ cafe.

As you have probably noticed from my drawings I love sci-fi. Not only do I love movies such as Aliens, Event Horizon and Pitch Black, I also love computer and video games- Gears of War, Aliens vs. Predator and Rainbow 6 Vegas just to mention a few.
